    How can I get a quote for cleaning my home? Very Simple. Just give TCP a call and we’ll be happy to assist you with a quote. Do you offer discounts for regular cleanings? Absolutely. We offer discounts for weekly, biweekly and monthly services.
  • BILLING
    What form of payment do you accept? TCP gladly accepts all major Credit Cards, Cash, Checks, CashApp, the Square and PayPal. How do I pay for my cleanings? Payment is due the day the service is performed. TCP gladly accepts all major Credit Cards, Cash, Checks, CashApp, the Square and PayPal. Clients will need to pay for the cleaning at the time of service. **If payment is not made within 24 of service, we reserve to charge the credit card on file. If the credit card on file is invalid or declines a $10 late fee will be included on the invoice. *$10 fee for payment not made on day of service *$25 fee for all returned checks What is your refund policy? While we do not provide refunds, we will do everything in our power to provide you with the best cleaning experience possible. So, if for any reason you are unhappy, just call or send us an e-mail within 24 hours of your service and we'll send someone out to make things right. That's our promise to you

    Does TCP perform background checks on cleaning specialists? Yes, we run an extensive background and reference check for each specialist before they join our winning team. Is TCP specialist bonded & Insured? No worries here. We are fully bonded and insured and willing to provide these docs upon your request.
  • CLEANING PRODUCTS USED
    Do I need to provide any of the needed equipment or supplies? TCP teams come equipped with eco-friendly cleaning products, supplies, sponges and microfiber clothes to every cleaning appointment. However, for sanitary reasons, we ask that clients provide some basic cleaning tools of their own. We care about our customers health and homes therefore clients should have a toilet towel brush, a mop and bucket, broom and dustpan and garbage bags. We do not provide vacuum cleaners, these are suggested for carpeted floors, heavy dusting and homes with pets. What type of cleaning products do you use? We only use eco-friendly products cleanse and purify your home. Although, we choose to use green products if you would like us to use traditional products exclusively, that’s not problem! Just let us know and we can accommodate your needs
  • SERVICE RELATED
    Do I need to be home during the cleaning? No. You are not required to be home at any point during your cleaning. If this is your first appointment, it's usually a good idea to be present when the cleaning crew arrives so that you can provide them with a walk-through of your home. Once your cleaning is complete, it's also a good idea to walk through the home again in order to ensure that everything is to your satisfaction. Can TCP specialists move / lift any furniture? Unfortunately, due to insurance restrictions, all our specialist is NOT allowed to move or lift any furniture. Will my cleaning team be able to reach high windows and cobwebs that may require a ladder? No. Unfortunately, due to insurance restrictions, all our cleaners are NOT allowed to stand on any ladders, stepping stools, or furniture. They do carry dusting poles which will enable them to reach an additional 3 - 5 feet. Are pets ok? You know your pets better than we do. If the pet is comfortable around a new person, noise, and a vacuum or mop (which freaks out many animals), then having the pet at home is fine with us. To ensure everyone’s comfort and safety however, we recommend that the animal be in a crate or separate room for the duration of the job.
  • POLICY
    What if something gets damaged or broken during a cleaning? We believe in shining a spotlight on an issue rather than sweeping it under the rug. If something gets broken or damaged, our staff are trained to photograph it and report it immediately, without reprimand. They are careful and considerate of each space they attend, but every now and then something can happen (we are human, after all). Once reported to the office, we contact you to discuss a fair and quick resolution. We do ask that any irreplaceable items be put away and anything you are concerned about is noted at the time of booking. What is TCP guarantee? We pride ourselves on our clean track record; however, if you are dissatisfied with your cleaning, you are given a 24-hour period to contact us and have that area re-cleaned at no cost to you. Also, TCP will make a note in your file so that we know to pay attention to the issue next time around. What if I need to cancel/reschedule my cleaning? Please call or email TCP office 48 hours in advance to make any scheduling changes. Cancellations for regular service must be made 48 hours in advance. If you contact us less than 48 hours in advance, or if we are unable to access your home, including being unable to clean due to other work being performed in your home, we charge a $50 fee to cover a portion of our expenses. Cancellations for one-time cleanings require 48 hours’ notice. If we are contacted less than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled cleaning or we are unable to clean due to other work being performed in your home, TCP will charge your credit card a $50 fee to cover a portion of our expenses.
  • EXCLUSIONS
    Due to insurance restrictions and safety concerns for our TCP specialists, we do NOT offer the following: Cleaning outside of windows Washing blinds and window coverings Landscaping and/or yardwork Steam and/or carpet cleaning Ironing, steaming or dry-cleaning laundry Cleaning of mold and/or biohazardous material Cleaning with extreme clutter Cleaning of garages and/or patios Extermination services (insects of any kind, etc) Cleaning pet urine, feces or any kind of bodily fluids Cleaning human urine, feces or any kind of bodily fluids Cleaning of heavily soiled/stained areas Lifting items weighing over 25lbs (i.e. large furniture) Dusting and/or vacuuming of ceilings, windows, surfaces outside of normal reach
